Mark has a natural instinct for creating innovative risk management plans for middle market companies. He rejects the concept of "one-size-fits-all" for insurance and risk management programs. Instead, he helps organizations uncover those specific risk management practices that will help them reduce, prevent and transfer risks. His goal is to help them drive down the cost of their insurance over an extended period of time and improve the organization.

Charles J. Rollins (Chuck) is Co-Chairman and President of The Rollins Agency, Inc. and oversees the Personal Insurance and Employee Benefits Groups. Chuck is responsible for all new business development in these areas while ensuring that superior value-added services are provided to all clients.
Chuck is a Charter Member of Berkshire Life Preferred Producer Group. Traveler’s Insurance Company recently included Chuck and The Rollins Agency in a select group of only 18 “Agents of the Year” out of their 8,500 personal lines agents, nationally.
On a local level, Chuck participates in the Westchester County Association, serves on The Bereavement Center of Westchester and is the drummer in the charitably-based rock band, The Circuit Riders. Chuck is Past-President of the Community Fund of Eastchester, Bronxville and Tuckahoe which annually raises over $500,000 for community agencies and grants. Chuck is Past-President of the Rotary Club of Bronxville where he initiated the start-up funds for Heartsong, a no-fee music and art therapy program for children with disabilities. Chuck served as Trustee of the Mamaroneck United Methodist Church during their extensive restoration campaign. Chuck is past treasurer of Bronxville Chamber of Commerce.
Chuck earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Western New England College in 1982. Before joining the family business, he held a position as a District Sales Manager with the Chrysler Corporation.

John has long been recognized as one of the pioneers in exclusively serving the technology community. He has designed innovative insurance and risk management programs for some of the most sophisticated and diverse high tech businesses in the past ten years. These include businesses in medical technology, global public key infrastructure, e-commerce, telecommunications and virtually every type of Internet based business. Under John's leadership the Rollins Technology Division has insured close to 500 businesses worldwide. In addition to developing innovative insurance policies for his clients, John has developed a full portfolio of risk management services designed exclusively for technology companies. These programs not only reduce Rollins' clients’ overall long term cost of risk, but also serve to make them more attractive to the insurance marketplace.
John a founder of TechAssure, an international coalition of brokers specializing in insuring technology companies and the companies that invest in them. Currently he is the Chairman of the Board. John has been instrumental in working with many industry trade associations including the ITAA and The National Venture Capital Association. He also developed the first ever insurance program for the NY Software Industry Association in 1998.
In 2006, John was listed in a trade publication as one of the “Forty Under Forty” by the Westchester/Fairfield business community.
John is a contributing writer for the Westchester County Business Journal, the New Media Resource Directory, and The New York New Media Association’s newsletter.

Rosanne began her career in insurance in 1987 as a Personal Lines representative. In 1989 she obtained her Property & Casualty Brokers license.
Rosanne joined The Rollins Agency in 1990 as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. Her responsibilities in the Commercial Lines Department increased and she was promoted to Commercial Lines Manager in 1994. In addition to her role as manager, Rosanne also provided risk management services to several large commercial accounts ranging from local wholesalers and hospitals to multi-national manufacturers.
In 1999 Rosanne accepted the position of Vice President of Operations and in March 2007 was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. She is involved in strategic planning for the agency and is accountable for overseeing the daily operations of the agency which includes client services, accounting, human resources, facilities and automation systems. Rosanne currently serves as Immediate Past President on the Board of Directors of the Independent Insurance Agents of Westchester County.

As the Director of the Personal Premier Division at The Rollins Agency, Inc., Carollee uses the Rollins 360 approach to help affluent individuals and families to understand their risks and exposures, and provides unique personal risk management and insurance solutions. Over 25 years experience has earned her a reputation of excellence in her field.
Carollee has held the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor since 1999, and is licensed in both Property/Casualty and Life & Health Insurance in New York State. She earned a degree in marketing from SUNY and is currently working on another business degree at Mercy College.
Active for many years with the Katonah Chamber of Commerce, Carollee spearheaded a campaign to introduce public recycling in the towns of Katonah & Bedford. She served as a Vice President of the group for two years. Carollee worked with Americares for three years, and in 2006 became active in the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign, where she’s been involved in a variety of fundraising events. Active in her local church, she led the youth group, where she was able to share her love of outdoor pursuits such as hiking and biking, as well as fundraising, charitable and more reflective activities. She is currently Co-Chair of the newly formed Women’s Networking Connection in Mount Kisco.

Erica is the driving force behind Rollins’ newly enhanced Risk Management Division and Total Risk Management philosophy. She has over 20 years of experience in insurance and risk management. Erica’s goal is to strengthen Rollins’ proactive total risk management approach, focusing on reducing the overall cost of risk.
A recent addition to the Rollins management team, Erica is leading the charge in developing supplementary risk management tools for the agency, and serves as a resource for risk managers, producers, and clients. She joined the Agency in 2000 as a Major Risk Manager in commercial lines.
Having graduated from the College of Insurance, Erica holds Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager designations. In addition, she holds a NY Property/Casualty Brokers license and is an instructor in the NY Insurance Brokers Licensing Course at Westchester Community College.

Bet has over thirty years of experience in insurance accounting. Her career began in 1975 as a bookkeeper for a small family owned insurance agency. In 1982 she joined The Rollins Agency as a bookkeeper. As such she ensured the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of all automated and manual accounting data. She contributed to personal and team effectiveness by striving to continuously improve her skills and expertise.
As the agency grew in size so did her responsibilities and she became the Controller in 1988. Bet supervised the accounting department, managed all investments, and administered the 401k/Profit Sharing Plan.
In 1997, Bet became the Director of Finance and Administration. Her financial managerial skills and leadership qualities prompted her promotion in 1999 to Vice President.

During the past 8 years, Carla has worked closely with Markham F. Rollins III, Co-chairman & CEO of The Rollins Agency Inc., to build HVAA and recruit small independent agents to join the Hudson Valley Agency Alliance. Carla functions as the liaison with current and prospective Independent Strategic Members and Insurance Carriers. She is responsible for implementing marketing strategies and provides oversight of the management of HVAA.
Carla joined the Rollins Agency in 1994. She has experience working with clients in both the personal and commercial insurance sectors. Prior to employment at The Rollins Agency, Carla and her brother John Moccia owned and managed their own insurance agency.
