Reporting Claims

To expedite the handling of your claim, it is best to report it promptly. Many carriers require that policyholders contact them directly to report a claim.If you have questions about reporting a claim, please contact your Rollins representative.

The Rollins team is available to serve you daily from 8:30 – 4:30. After 4:30 pm, claims can be reported by calling the Rollins office at 914.337.1833. As your claims advocate and counselor, we have experienced representatives on hand to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
